The "associate" level of membership is for organizations and individuals with a moderate degree of interest in tobacco prevention and control issues in Colorado. It carries with it some member benefits including:
- Monthly/weekly receipt of the Alliance Alert
- Access to CTEPA's clearinghouse of information on tobacco control
- Networking opportunities with tobacco control organizations/professionals
- Free access to all CTEPA events/activities and free or reduced cost admission to the events/activities of many CTEPA member organizations
The primary benefits that are not given at the "associate" level are:
- Link on CTEPA's web site
- Eligibility for Board membership
- The opportunity for training for your organization on tobacco prevention/control policy and media advocacy by CTEPA staff and/or consultants free of charge
- Networking opportunities with tobacco control organizations/professionals
- Timely notification about tobacco and other health prevention funding opportunities
- Acknowledgement of sustaining membership in CTEPA informational packages that are sent to the public
